Pulsetech battery chargers are different than your average charger.  Not only do they charge batteries, but they can restore some.  Most batteries fail because of sulfation; the electro-chemical reaction that takes place after numerous charging and discharging of a battery.  The plates become corroded and thus will not hold a charge.  The Pulsetech charger sends a mega hertz wave during the charging process and "melts" the sulfation back into electrolyte.  I have used this charger many times and have brought batteries back to "life"...I even hooked two 29F (Harley-Davidson 6V battery) in series and got them cranking again.
