Defective Voltage Regulators

Update

Harley-Davidson is now letting Dealers order more voltage regulator kits relating to Product campaign 0912.  They raised the kit mix from 6 to 15.  I know when I was talking to some of the technicians at Rapid City HD when I was out in Sturgis, they were reporting they were replacing defective regulators all day long, every day.
