Walk a Mile
In an effort to understand the day to day trials and tribulations Harley Dealers go through, the Motor Company implemented a program for 200 of their executives to work in dealerships across the network. It was a great way for them to see first hand what makes a shop tick. Matt Levatich, President and COO of Harley, says valuable insights and observations were brought back to the Motor Company. This program just ended, so lets hope these impressions do indeed improve the relationship between the dealers and the Motor Company, as it definitely has been challenged these past few years.
