Harley DTII Handheld

Harley-Davidson provides to its Dealers proprietary tools, ones you can only buy if you are a Dealer.  The most important one is the Digital Technician II.  Back in 2008, HD introduced a handheld version that dealers purchased to help facilitate quicker customer issues (only one tech can use digi tech at a time).  The handheld, in theory, was a great idea, especially for service writers.  But, it never gained ground.  Call it laziness, lack of education or difficult to bill hours, the handheld unit is now going the way of the dinosaur.  HD announced last week it is discontinuing support of the product.
