Infotainment issues and Trike Recall

Harley-Davidson continues to have issues with the new Infotainment.  They are now on their third software update and still have not addressed Bluetooth headset omissions.  Also, Dealers are commenting on the Ultra Classic, for the first time, not having CB radio functionality (and associated handlebar controls, antenna etc.) which is bringing on negative customer feedback. Satellite radio is not an option for certain Baggers, and that is not going over very well either with new owners.  But, with any new model (or "platform" like the Rushmore), these growing pains are to be expected.  HD also announced a voluntary recall, Campaign 152, on certain Trikes in the 2014 model lineup.  Seems the fork stem, p/n 45900027, could be machined wrong on some bikes and thus would either hit the fairing or interfere with the steering dampener.
